This agreement enables us to undertake work such as preliminary plans and elevations, soil tests and engineering. A preliminary agreement will be specifically tailored for your project depending on your individual needs. 03. Specifications and Estimation

Once your plans are finalised and we have determined your design goals, we will provide you with a ballpark estimation. Your estimation will include a detailed inclusions list. This will allow you an opportunity to make any adjustments early on in the process. We will work with you to ensure your design goals align with your budget goals before preparing a contract. 

04. Interior Design Consultation (optional)

At Think Quality Building, our interior design consultations are tailored to elevate the aesthetics and functionality of every space, whether for new home construction or renovation projects. Book an appointment with an expert designer who will engage in collaborative discussions, delving into your unique preferences, lifestyle needs, and design aspirations. 05. Trade store Visits

Trade store visits are an essential part of our new home and renovation planning process. These visits offer clients the opportunity to explore a wide range of materials, fixtures, and finishes firsthand, providing inspiration and guidance for their project. We will provide you with a list of our trusted suppliers and ensure you receive expert advice.
